Join us for an 8-week pop-up series of chair yoga sessions at the historic Belar Mansion. Whether you are new to yoga or seeking a gentle, low-impact option, chair yoga is the perfect way to experience the benefits of yoga in a supportive and accessible way. Chair yoga incorporates seated poses and standing postures with the aid of a chair for balance and support, making it an ideal practice for those with limited mobility, beginners, or anyone looking to enhance flexibility, strength, and relaxation. In these sessions, you’ll experience mindful movement, breathwork, and gentle stretches that help improve circulation, reduce stress, and promote overall well-being. All fitness levels are welcome to this welcoming, nurturing class. No registration is required. Please arrive 10 minutes early to sign a waiver form. Free.
