To make this firework craft, you will need:
about 20 q tips
tempura paint
dark blue or black construction paper
glue
pencil
now-
dye 4 to 6 q tips with watered down tempura paint, allow to completely dry
using a pencil, draw several pea sized circles on the paper
cut q tips into several sizes-
dip q tip into the glue and point the pointy end toward the circle and VIOLA!
